CHOCU FINANCIAL POLICY & PROCEDURES

CHOCU will be seeing financial help through grants, partnerships, and donations, both private and through businesses local and away.  We will also seek to gain members to our organization, which will have a small annual fee.  We feel a complete loyalty and responsibility to these revenue sources and will incorporate the following policies:

  1. Keep a list of all income by donor, address, date received, amount received, and what program it will aid.

  2. Keep a list of all expenditures including what program it is for, how much is spent, and scanned copies of receipts.

  3. Financial records will be balanced at the end of each month and presented to the board for approval.

  4. The Board Members will preapprove expenditures and the Treasurer of the Board will present a financial report at each Board Meeting.
