Members of CHOCU may nominate people to serve as board members. Nominated members may be approved with a majority of votes by current members.

Members of CHOCU will have a commitment to helping further the goals and ambitions of the agency and will support board decisions.

Members will receive a copy of the approved minutes.

Membership will be approved by the board after submission of application and annual membership fee.

Annual donation recommendation is $10 for an individual membership, $20 for a family membership, $50 for a small business or corporation, $100 for a large business or corporation, Golden Membership may be obtained for $250.00. These fees will help with Research and Development of Programs, cost for travel, postage, and other fees as established by the board.

CHOCU MEMBERSHIP
CHOCU FINANCIAL POLICY & PROCEDURES
CHOCU will be seeing financial help through grants, partnerships, and donations, both private and through businesses local and away. We will also seek to gain members to our organization, which will have a small annual fee. We feel a complete loyalty and responsibility to these revenue sources and will incorporate the following policies:

Keep a list of all income by donor, address, date received, amount received, and what program it will aid.

Keep a list of all expenditures including what program it is for, how much is spent, and scanned copies of receipts.

Financial records will be balanced at the end of each month and presented to the board for approval.

The Board Members will preapprove expenditures and the Treasurer of the Board will present a financial report at each Board Meeting.
